Poor attitude towards customers


It was an unsolicited call which has prompted my wife and I to cancel our Brighthouse internet service, upon keeping with our current plan and not upgrading my wife was told she "would be crazy not to take this offer" and then promptly hung up on by a Brighthouse representative. Unfortunately it gets worse, as the husband i decided to pursue the rude employee by calling customer service to determine who had called my home. I was met by the worst customer service experience, in fact I was informed by the Brighthouse cust service rep that I am mistaken and that no-one can help me, this was a gentleman named Alex from the Auberndale Florida region who very rudely told me that my file was not opened and that I am wrong about recieving the phone call. Without going into extreme detail. I feel the only recourse is to remove my patronage from this disgraceful company and even pay more money to another company, these are the signs of a company that is poorly managed from the head down and represented by cantankerous employees who feel safe hiding behind 1-800 numbers. Due to the rude nature of the company and the extreme insult Brighthouse have provided with their service. I bid you goodbye, however, I am still insulted that this company would have the audacity to call its customers and treat them so badly, I find it so disgraceful that I intend to share this story with as many people as I possibly can. There will be no resolution as I will never return as a customer, my only request is that you find the culprits responsible for this and terminate their employment.However, based upon my own personal experience with this company I find that scenario unlikely. Keep it Brighthouse, Verizon must love you.
